The Process

From enquiry
to open road.

Step 01
Enquire & Check Dates

Submit your preferred dates via our booking form or WhatsApp. We'll confirm availability within 2 hours.

Step 02
Verify & Pay Deposit

Provide your driving licence (min. 2 years held), pay the £500 security deposit and hire fee to secure your booking.

Step 03
Collection & Handover

Collect from our London base. We walk you around the vehicle, complete a condition report, and you're on your way.

Step 04
Return & Deposit Back

Return the vehicle by the agreed time. Post-inspection completed, deposit returned within 5 working days.

Hire Requirements

What you'll
need to hire.

We take the safety of our vehicles — and our customers — seriously. The following requirements apply to all Alux Hire bookings without exception.

Valid UK Driving Licence Full UK or EU licence held for a minimum of 2 years with no more than 6 penalty points.

Age 25 or Over All drivers must be aged 25 or above at the time of hire. No exceptions apply.

£750 Security Deposit Held by card at time of collection. Returned in full within 5 working days, subject to condition.

Signed Hire Agreement All hirers must sign our standard hire agreement confirming T&Cs, including mileage limits and damage liability.
🛡️
No Major Convictions Hirers must have no DR, DD, or IN endorsements within the past 5 years.
📍
UK Resident Must hold a current UK address. International hirers — please enquire separately.
